We have a unique meeting for you this month neighbors.

Special guest Rob Partin with Partin Real Estate purchased a house in Florida a little over a year ago.  He set it up as a nightly rental property and successfully manages it from his home in Bolivar Missouri.  Its been successful enough that he is investing in 2 more properties in the same area to expand his private rental business.  

Mr. Partin will be spending time with us to explain how he started this successful side project and how he analyzed the area to ensure his success!
