  They’ll be treating attendees to a delicious potato bar from McAlister’s Deli and hosting a truly inspiring guest speaker - Randy Mayes, MBA, with DRYVE Leadership Group.

  Randy brings decades of experience in organizational and people development, having worked with businesses nationwide to build healthy, high-performance teams. As the owner of DRYVE Leadership Group and former co-founder and CEO of People Centric Consulting Group, Randy has helped countless organizations strengthen communication, engagement, and leadership culture.

  With his signature Collaborative Leadership Model, Randy helps leaders cultivate environments where people and performance thrive. His session is sure to leave you with practical insights and inspiration you can bring back to your workplace.

  Sparta Chamber December 2025 Monthly Networking Meeting

  Join us for our final luncheon of the year as we wrap up 2025 with updates from key community leaders and a little time for reflection and connection.

  We’ll hear from several of our community partners and leaders, including:

  • County Commissioner (Brad or Lynn – to be confirmed)

  • Kelly Hall, Recorder of Deeds

  • Mayor Misty, City of Sparta

  • Trampus Taylor, Sparta Police Department

  Each will share brief updates on local projects, progress, and plans for the year ahead.

  To finish out the year, we’ll take a few minutes to go around the room and share one thing you’re thankful for or one thing you’re looking forward to in the new year. A great way to end on a positive note!

  Lunch will be provided by Rosie Jo’s - a fan favorite!

  We hope you’ll join us to celebrate another great year of growth, collaboration, and community spirit in Sparta.
